How does Met-Working work?
Just call, fax or e-mail us the basic information regarding the financing or Note sale request (You can use one of our electronic forms) Within 24-48 hours we will perform the initial underwriting and advise you if the financing request will fit within one of our lender/investor programs. If the request does fit, we will send you an outline of the various terms and condition that would be available, based upon the information submitted. If your client agrees with our findings, we will then proceed with the processing of the loan request and enter into a co-brokerage agreement with you & your client. When the agreement is acknowledged we will do the rest. When the loan closes you will receive your
Referral Commission.
