on a State by State bases, but not less than a $1,500,000

mortgage request. Maximum
loan amount up to $10,000,000 per request. Loan to values (LTV)
are now between 50% & 55% , but may consider on a case by case
request up to a maximum of 65%. <> Interest only rates
are between 13% to 15%. <> Points based on a $ mortgage
amount case by case. <> Term:
1 to 3 years. at investor discretion.. As
